Before I tell you how to tap into the assets that exist in your practice let me tell you what I don't do. We don't make you spend enormous amounts of money on a yellow page ad, or mail 15,000 direct mail pieces to people who don't know you from Adam. We don't try to make you into a "salesman," in fact we ask you to stop being a salesman and start telling your patients the truth! We don't ask you to use "gimmicks" or "tricks" to get patients to refer. None of that garbage works.
The first thing I teach dentists is how to tap into the hidden assets that already exist in their practices. I'm telling you, I could walk into just about any practice in the country and within a few short months double the income of that practice without getting one more new patient than the doctor normally gets. I haven't met a dentist yet who didn't have a "gold mine" already hidden in his existing practice.
