Three years ago, my practice was at a stand still. It seemed that no matter what I did, I just couldn't get my practice to grow any more than what it had peaked out to.
Overall, my production and collections were above average, but I knew I could do better. I just didn't know how. What had become really frustrating was that in certain months, the numbers decreased. Over the past three years, I have tripled my production and collections and have an abundance of new patients. My percentage of overhead has gone down and I work with far less stress and effort.
And the office is still expanding.
My key staff have stayed with me through this period of growth and I really credit them for their courage. They have developed into an ace team who can hardly believe themselves what kind of production they are capable of doing. Patients routinely compliment me on my great staff and the top-notch service they receive from them.
