Two types of dental employees

Two types of dental employees

From a practice management viewpoint there are only two types of dental employees:

The willing and the unwilling. Those who have your back and those who don't.

Do not keep any dental employee who is obviously unwilling and does not have your back.

Do not allow any weak links in your dental practice.

The idea that you will lose a bunch of dental patients because you lose a particular employee is a myth.

After joining Cambridge as a speaker in the mid-1990s, Kevin went on to become Cambridge’s senior consultant and eventually CEO.
