Explains payment options: pay upfront, use credit cards, Care Credit or similar company, pay-as-you-go.
Gives a copy of the treatment plan to the patient to sign and brings the patient to the scheduling coordinator for the next appointment.
Schedules the patient for the next visit based on information from the treatment coordinator.
