It was brought to my attention that you have not completed treatment that was started on the front tooth. The lab has finished making the implant abutment and the crown, and has returned your case to us.
Usually we place the abutment and crown within a few weeks of the impressions. A longer delay in placement of the implant abutment and crown can result in shifting teeth and changes in the shape of the gums, causing the labwork not to fit. Starting over would be very costly. You can avoid this potential extra expense by completing your treatment as soon as possible.
The bookkeeper says she recently put part the lab expense on your account to help cover the lab fee we have already incurred.
