This is a 9-month consulting engagement that includes two in-office implementation visits, ongoing remote support, and continuous performance monitoring.
Client load is intentionally limited to ensure responsiveness, follow-through, and meaningful results.
Investment & Guarantee
Total investment: £18,750 (all-inclusive).
If collections do not increase by at least the total consulting investment within 12 months of the first in-office visit — assuming recommendations are implemented — up to 100% of fees paid may be repaid based on documented results.
