90-Day Dental Practice Management Consulting Program

One office visit. Ninety days of hands-on implementation, monitoring, and support.

Most dental practices do not need more ideas. They need practical systems implemented, employees properly trained, and consistent follow-up to make sure those systems are used.

My 90-Day Dental Practice Management Consulting Program is designed to improve the productivity, efficiency, accountability, and overall performance of your practice.

This is not a cookie-cutter consulting program. Every practice is different. We focus on the employees, systems, and areas of your practice that need the most attention.

What We May Work On

Depending on the needs of your practice, the program may include:

  • Proper handling of new patient phone calls
  • A highly effective confirmation protocol
  • Consistent follow-up with overdue hygiene patients
  • Follow-up with patients due within 30 days who are not scheduled
  • Follow-up for unscheduled treatment
  • A structured patient checkout protocol
  • Cancellation, no-show, and late arrival policies
  • Block scheduling implementation
  • A smooth and comfortable patient referral protocol
  • Daily statistical monitoring systems

Depending on how much we accomplish during the initial implementation period, we may also address:

  • Team bonus systems
  • Reactivation of inactive patients
  • Year-end insurance utilization campaigns
  • Other management systems specific to your practice

One Office Visit

The program includes one office visit for consulting, observation, employee training, and implementation.

The visit may be structured over one day or two consecutive days, depending on what works best for the practice.

When the visit is conducted over two days, I generally like to schedule a two-hour meeting with the entire team on the first day. This gives everyone an opportunity to become familiar with the concepts, systems, and expectations we will be implementing.

The following day generally includes approximately four to six hours of consulting, training, and implementation. We can also accomplish a great deal during a single-day visit when that format is more convenient.

90 Days of Consulting and Implementation Support

The 90-day consulting program begins seven calendar days after sign-up.

During the program, you receive unlimited phone, email, and text consulting and follow-up.

This includes routine scheduled implementation calls with a designated employee. These calls are typically brief — usually 10 to 15 minutes — and are intended to maintain momentum, answer questions, monitor progress, and make sure implementation continues moving forward.

I am also available to speak with the doctor as needed and at the doctor’s convenience.

Daily statistics are monitored for the systems being implemented. Monthly statistical reports may also be reviewed at the doctor’s discretion.

The objective is simple: Implement. Monitor. Adjust.

We do not introduce a system and hope the team follows it. We follow up to make sure it is understood, implemented, and producing results.

Practical Systems Without Creating More Work for the Doctor

One of the biggest mistakes in dental consulting is giving the doctor another job.

My goal is not to create more work for you. Employees are trained on the systems, responsibilities are clearly assigned, and the appropriate statistics are monitored.

The doctor remains informed without having to personally manage every detail.

Written Systems, Protocols, and Training Materials

Written systems, forms, checklists, protocols, and training materials are provided as needed throughout the program.

These are practical systems designed to be used in an actual dental practice — not manuals that sit unused on a shelf.

Program Investment

90-Day Dental Practice Management Consulting Program: $5,750

The program includes:

  • One office visit
  • Ninety days of unlimited phone, email, and text consulting
  • Employee training
  • Written systems, protocols, forms, and checklists as needed
  • Daily statistical monitoring
  • Implementation and accountability support

Travel expenses are separate.

I keep travel practical and economical by using reasonable airfare, moderately priced hotels, and practical transportation arrangements.

My Guarantee

I guarantee that your practice’s average monthly collections will increase enough to cover the cost of the program.

If, at the end of the 90-day consulting program, the increase in average monthly collections has not covered the cost of the program, I will continue working with you at no additional consulting fee until it does.

There are no refunds.

What Dental Practices Are Saying

— Dr. Shane Blake, DDS

“We saw improvements in productivity, communication, and accountability. The structured guidance made a significant difference — and I had worked with other consultants before.”
— Dr. Kristin Rushing, DDS

“My average per-day production increased by 20–25% within months, and we’ve seen consistent growth since. The systems gave our staff clear goals and direction.”
— Dr. Jeremy Johnson, DDS

Let’s Talk About Your Practice

The first step is a conversation about your practice, your team, what is working, and where things may be falling through the cracks.

There is no hard sell. We will simply determine whether I believe I can help your practice and whether working together makes sense.

Every practice is different, so the consulting program is tailored to the specific systems and employees that need attention.
